Adam-&-Traci.jpg

Well, hello there.

We’re an architect and a felt company founder who live in a little black cottage behind The Bracy House. We share our tiny house with a finicky black and white cat named Lil.

Adam Yothers started out life in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was a thinker and a maker from the start and moved to Boston for architecture school. Back in the day, he was a painter and screen printer (even peddling his snarky tees at local Boston markets) and was one of the artists who took up residence in the warehouses of the Fort Point district. When not wearing his architect hat, he is a cocktail crafter, a board game aficionado, a movie lover, and has a weakness for gummy candies.

Traci Roloff hails from the Wisconsin shore of Lake Michigan and moved to New England following college. Some of her favorite things are Finnish textiles, photography, good coffee, Nordic furniture, podcasts, and warm cat bellies. After a 10-year career in interior design and historic preservation, she co-founded a little felt company called FilzFelt a few years back. FilzFelt sells German-milled wool felt and felt products and were acquired by Knoll (an iconic American furniture company) in 2012. She still holds an integral role however missed the day-to-day of running a small business.

Though both products of landlocked hometowns, we love the Atlantic coast. And when we had an opportunity to own and run an Airbnb in an old house in Maine, we jumped at it. Our favorite things are good coffee, well-designed objects, art and architecture, and eating well. On vacation, you’ll find us in Berlin, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Reykjavik and most often in the museums and coffee shops of these places. We hope you'll love our little spot in Maine.
